Service Guarantee for the Importer

For the Importer, the basis of this Agreement is the certainty to have at his disposal information about the German beer market, about its breweries as well as restaurant supplies with regard to different prices and offers. BRM is neither committed to any brewery, nor is the company employed by any brewery.

BRM is a service provider and shall represent the interests of the Importer. There are no cost for the service anrise, so far as it is completly without risk to the importers.

On behalf of the Importer, BRM shall handle the brewery specific work related to the import
market in _______________________. The scope of responsibilities of BRM shall comprise matters related to: Order processing, advertising/marketing, POS campaigns and contractual concepts for import and export issues.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any and all business information obtained in conjunction with their cooperation for the duration of the Agreement as well as thereafter.
